The seller bears all risk and cost of bringing the goods to the named destination, placed at the buyer's disposal on the arriving means of transport, ready to be unloaded. Import clearance stays with the buyer.

Use it when
Door deliveries where the buyer is the importer of record and can handle customs efficiently.
Watch out
If the goods are held at customs because the buyer is slow to clear, the demurrage and storage still sit with the seller's risk position until delivery.
