The seller delivers when the goods are placed at the buyer's disposal, cleared for import, on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the named destination. The seller pays every cost including import duty and taxes.

Watch out
The seller often cannot recover import VAT and may not be able to act as importer of record in the destination country. Price this rule carefully.
